Step 4: Fill Out the Application Form

Complete theapplication form with accurate details.

Forindividuals: You need to provide personal details like name, address, email,and PAN number.

Fororganizations: Include the organization’s details and the applicant’s personalinformation.

Step 5: Attach Required Documents

Proof ofIdentity: Passport, PAN card, or driving license.

Proof ofAddress: Aadhaar card, utility bill, or bank statement.
